INGREDIENTS

Certified Organic raspberry leaf, certified organic nettle leaf, certified organic lemon balm, certified organic elder berries, certified organic Echinacea purpurea herb, certified organic Echinacea purpurea root, certified organic elder flowers, certified organic rosehips, certified organic lemons, certified organic lemon verbena, certified organic Oregon grape root, and certified organic ginger root and HEMPBEST Farm grown "Lifter" CBDa and "The White" CBGa hemp flower, leaf and stem.

BREW INSTRUCTIONS

Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

PRECAUTIONS

Raw elder berry fruit contains the component sambunigrin which may cause vomiting and severe diarrhea if ingested.
